Craig was nothing short of amazing in selling our property. He is efficient, clear, and honest with communication. He sold our property in less than half the time we expected, and at a higher value than we were anticipating. The reason we went with Craig over the other agents we spoke with was his attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to really add value to our situation with his advice on touch-ups, staging, pricing, and pinpointing the key selling points of our property.
He really kept up the service once we signed. His organisation and speed in getting our house to market was very impressive, everything we spoke about in our first meeting was carried out in such an efficient and dedicated manner. Craig is really really passionate in what he does.

He worked tirelessly to assist me in maximising its presentation, took potential purchasers through at odd hours when they were unable to attend Open For Inspections, organised holiday lettings including cleaners and gardeners and ultimately sold the property for a fair price.
