Debra Appleton

Debra joined Craig at Cooper Coastal Properties in 2020, combining her 18 years of industry experience with a shared passion for boutique, client-focused real estate.  Working closely with Craig on every campaign, from appraisal and listing to marketing and sale, ensuring each property is presented at its best.  Debra’s genuine approach, creative insight and meticulous attention to detail add depth and strength to the Cooper Coastal team.
Debra has an in-depth understanding of the South Coast area, having first settled on an acreage property in Conjola with her family in 2002, before moving to the coastal suburb of Mollymook where she's lived with her husband and much loved dog for the past 10 years.  Her long term connection to the region gives her a genuine local insight that is truly invaluable.
